Mittal Electricals & Mill Store is over at S/N-26 in Parkash Market, right on G.T. Road. Being on the main road means we get all sorts of people walking in. We sell electrical parts and stuff for mills. Our shelves are packed with everything from wires to heavy-duty switches. It’s a bit of a maze inside because we try to fit as much stock as possible. Sometimes it takes us a minute to find a specific part, but we usually know where everything is buried. It’s a family-run kind of place. You won’t find anyone in a corporate uniform here. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable for moving boxes around. The G.T. Road is always loud with trucks passing by, but we don't notice it much anymore. We’ve been in Parkash Market for a long time. We've seen shops come and go, but we just keep doing our thing. We don't have a fancy website or a big social media presence. Most of our customers are locals or factory owners who have been buying from us for years. They know we have the stuff they need for their repairs. It’s a simple life, opening up the shop in the morning and closing it late. We talk to a lot of people every day, and that’s the best part of the job. It’s just a regular store for regular people. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just sell parts and help people fix their machines.
