Steelage Industries

We have been here at Plot No. 12 in the Jharsuguda Industrial Estate for a while now. Most days it is pretty loud around here because of all the heavy work going on. You know how it is in an industrial area, there is always some truck coming in or someone moving metal around. We mostly just keep our heads down and get through the jobs that come in. It gets quite hot in the afternoons inside the shed, but we are used to it by now. People sometimes have trouble finding the exact plot because the numbers are a bit confusing on this road, but once they see the Steelage sign, they figure it out. We don’t have any fancy office or a big reception area. It’s just a place where things get made and fixed. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a bit, which is annoying, but we just wait it out or find something else to do that doesn't need power. There are a few tea stalls down the road where everyone goes for a break. It's a busy spot but it works for us. We’ve seen the estate change a bit over the years, with more buildings popping up and more traffic on the main road. Most of the guys here live nearby so we don't have to worry too much about long commutes. It's just a regular workplace doing regular industrial things every day. Nothing more to it than that really.
