It is a big operation and being at E H 22 means we are right in the middle of it all. There is a lot of activity every day, with trucks coming and going and the sound of the plant in the background. It is a real industrial environment, so it’s not the cleanest or quietest place to work, but we like it that way. We don't have any polished marketing talk to give you. We just show up, wear our gear, and handle the steel and power business. Our days are long and sometimes the work is pretty tiring, but it feels good to be part of something this size. The office is just a place for us to regroup and handle the logistics. We have our files, our maps, and our schedules pinned to the walls. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look; we just worry about how they are running.
