Action Ispat & Power (P) Ltd.

Our operation is based out in Pandripathar, in the Jharsuguda district of Orissa. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where the work happens. We’re involved with ispat and power, which means there’s a lot of heavy work, heat, and noise. It’s a proper industrial site. We don't have a slick office in the city; we’re right here on the ground where the steel is. The 768202 area is rugged, and the work reflects that. We’ve got a lot of people working shifts to keep things running. It’s not the kind of place you come to for a quiet chat; there’s always something moving or some machine running in the background. We focus on the daily output and making sure the plant stays operational. It gets very hot here, especially near the furnaces, but that's the nature of the business. We don't really do the whole corporate mission talk. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is safe and productive. The road to the village can be rough sometimes, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a practical life out here in Jharsuguda. We’re just a bunch of people making sure the power and steel side of things keeps moving forward. It’s hard work, but it’s what keeps this place going day after day.
