Sabri Dhaba

We are located in Kaje Wali Gali, right here in the Faridpur area of Bareilly. This little spot has been our home for quite a while now. If you walk down the lane, you can't really miss us. It’s a busy street with people moving back and forth all day long. We keep the doors open from early morning till late evening. The dhaba isn't much to look at from the outside, just a simple place with some benches and tables that have seen better days. We don't go for anything fancy or polished. My brother and I run the kitchen mostly. We focus on making sure the food is hot and ready when people sit down. The menu stays pretty much the same day to day. We get workers from the nearby shops and travelers who know about this shortcut. Sometimes the fans don't work right when it's really hot out, but we try to keep things comfortable enough. It gets noisy with the traffic outside, but that’s just life in Faridpur. We don’t have a sign that lights up or anything like that. People just know where we are. We buy our vegetables from the local market every morning. It's a lot of work and our hands are always busy. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us doing everything. It's an honest living and we're used to the routine.
