MSC Restaurant

We are over at Shop no-2/105 in Civil Lines, Bareilly. It’s right at the Ayuvkhan chauraha, which is basically where all the action happens in this part of town. If you look across the street, you’ll see the Union Bank. That bank usually brings a lot of people our way when they finish their business there. Bareilly is a place that feels familiar to us, and Civil Lines is one of those areas where something is always happening. The shop itself is a practical space. We don't have those big leather booths or dim lighting you see in magazines. It’s just a place to sit down and have a meal. We open up and start the prep work while the street is still getting started. The dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes, so we are always wiping things down. We see a lot of the same faces every week, mostly local shopkeepers and bank employees. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just put the food on the plate and hope people like it enough to come back. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic at the chauraha, but you get used to it after a few days. We are just a local business trying to keep things going day by day in our little corner of the city. The kitchen gets pretty hot in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going.
