Shri Prabhulingeshwar Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out in Terdal. Our place is at Survey No. 158/35, No. 3/11. It's a local setup, mostly run by folks who know the land around here. We aren't some big city firm; we are right here where the farming happens. The office is simple, just a place for the farmers to come together and sort out their business. We spend a lot of time talking about crops, prices, and the weather, which is pretty much what everyone around Terdal does anyway. It’s a group effort, really. Everyone chips in and we try to make sure things are fair for the producers. It gets dusty out here sometimes, especially when the tractors are moving, but that’s part of the life. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just have our names on the documents and a place to meet. Sometimes the meetings go long because there’s a lot to discuss, but we eventually get to a decision. We've been part of this community for a while, and most of us have grown up seeing how tough farming can be. So, we started this company to handle things ourselves. It’s not fancy, but it’s ours. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever needs doing that day. It's just honest people trying to make a living from the ground up, nothing more to it than that.
