Bagalakot Raitara Belegarara Producer Company Limited has its office in Ward No 10, specifically at Irappa Cts No 21/A, right opposite the Dental College. Having the college across the road makes it very easy to give people directions. The office is a busy place because we represent so many farmers from the Bagalakot region. You can always hear the sound of the city outside, but inside we are focused on the local harvest numbers. We have a lot of paperwork because we deal with so many different growers. The desks are usually covered in forms and folders. There is a small bench outside the door where people sit and wait their turn to talk to us. We try to keep things moving quickly, but sometimes the conversations about the rain and the crops go on for a while. The building itself is older and has a lot of character, with thick walls that keep it relatively cool. We have a small crew of people who handle everything from the accounting to the physical loading of supplies. It is a very practical environment where the main goal is just to help the farmers get their produce to where it needs to go. We are just a group of locals doing what we can for the farming families in our town.
