Our company is located in Todalbagi, right near the Ganesh Temple at number 5. We are in the Jamkhandi area of the Bagalkot district. We focus on pashupalana, which is mainly about animal husbandry and livestock. It’s a lot of hard work looking after the animals and making sure everything is handled correctly for the owners. Our office is a very simple place where we manage the records for the producer company. We aren't a big city operation with a lot of staff. We’re just local people from Todalbagi who know a lot about animals and the farming life. Being located near the temple makes it very easy for people to find us when they need to talk. We don't have any polished sales pitches or fancy marketing materials. We just tell it like it is and try to be honest. Keeping animals healthy and productive is a full-time job and it doesn't leave much time for sitting in an office or doing fancy work. We spend most of our time out and about in the village, checking on things. When we are actually in the office, we’re usually just trying to catch up on all the paperwork or talking to the members about what they need for their livestock. The weather in Bagalkot can be quite dry and harsh, so we have to plan everything very carefully. We just take things one day at a time. It is a very direct way to live.
