Lady Bird Farm Private Limited

Our place is right near the Kadkol bus stop in Shirahatti Taluk. It is pretty easy to find if you just ask around for B.B Itagi’s son’s place. We are a small farm company, nothing like the big ones you see in the cities like Bangalore. Most of our days are spent out in the dirt, dealing with whatever the weather throws at us. We decided to register as a private limited company just to make things official with the government, but we are still just a family outfit at heart. There is not a fancy lobby or a receptionist here. If you come by to see us, you will probably find us working or maybe sitting in the shade for a bit during the heat of the afternoon. We grow what we can and try to sell it for a price that keeps the farm going. It is a quiet life in Shirahatti, and that is how we like it. We do not have any big marketing plans or slick brochures to hand out. It is just about planting, tending, and harvesting when the time is right. The bus stop is the main landmark, so we see people coming and going all day long. Sometimes neighbors stop by for some advice or just to borrow a tool for the day. We do what we can to help out. It is not complicated, it is just farm work.
