Accufab Engineering

Accufab Engineering is located out at Plot No. C-1, Unit 402, in Phase-IV of the GIDC Estate. If you’ve ever been to an industrial estate, you know exactly what it’s like. There is always a bit of noise from the machines and a lot of trucks moving in and out of the different phases. We’re up on the fourth floor, which means we have to haul things up and down, but we’ve managed so far. The space is mostly filled with tools and parts. It’s a bit oily in some corners, but that’s engineering for you. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks. As long as the machines are running and we can get the fab work done, everyone is happy. The air can be a bit heavy with the smell of metal and grease, but you stop noticing it after the first ten minutes. It’s a hardworking environment. Most of the guys here have been doing this for years, so they know their way around a lathe or a welding kit. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that. Usually, people just hear about us from other businesses in the GIDC. It’s a lot of manual work and checking measurements. The tea breaks are the highlight of the day when we can finally sit down for a minute and talk. It's just a regular engineering shop doing what needs to be done.
