Dynatech Engineering

Dynatech Engineering is situated at 8-A/5 in the GIDC area, right behind the Mig Weld Vitthal building in Udhyog Nagar. The GIDC is a massive place, and it’s easy to get lost if you don’t know the landmarks. Our shop is one of those places that looks quite old from the outside, with faded paint and a heavy iron gate. Inside, it’s a different story because we are constantly moving and making things. There is a lot of welding happening, so you’ll often see those bright blue flashes coming from the back of the shop. We have stacks of raw material lining the walls, mostly steel bars and thick plates. The floor is dusty because of the constant grinding and sanding. We don't have a dedicated office space, just a small table with a ledger and a telephone that rings more than we’d like. Working in Udhyog Nagar means dealing with the dust and the constant movement of loaders and trucks outside. We eat our lunch sitting on wooden crates or on the edge of the worktables. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job, and the only sound is the hum of the transformer outside and our own tools. We aren’t trying to be anything other than a hardworking shop. We take the work as it comes and try to keep our machines in working order so we don't have downtime, which keeps us busy enough.
