Nikita Engineering

Our workshop is over at I-26 in Phase-4 of the GIDC area. To find us, you usually have to look behind Champain Paint. We’re right opposite Modern Engineering. It’s a typical industrial zone, so there’s always the sound of welding or grinding coming from somewhere nearby. At Nikita Engineering, we don't worry much about how the office looks. There are blueprints rolled up on every flat surface and metal shavings on the floor. It’s a working shop, not a showroom. We spend most of our time out on the floor getting our hands dirty. The sun hits the roof pretty hard in the afternoon, making it quite warm inside, but we keep the fans going. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. If there's a problem, we just huddle up and figure it out right there. We’ve been in this GIDC block for a good while, so we know most of the other shop owners on the street. We share tools sometimes or help each other out with heavy lifting. It’s a practical environment. We don't write fancy mission statements or have long meetings. We just get the orders in and start the machines. It’s basic, honest engineering work. If you come by, you’ll probably find us covered in oil or dust. That’s just how it is here. We just want to get the jobs done right and go home.
