We've been at 310, Epip Kundli for a long time now. Working at Replika Press Pvt. Ltd. usually means early mornings and lots of paper everywhere. We handle printing jobs, mostly books and things like that. It gets pretty loud in here when the machines are all running at once. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we all know how the presses like to act up sometimes. It’s a busy place. Boxes get stacked up high in the hallways waiting to be shipped out. We just try to keep things moving. Some days the ink smell is really strong, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't a huge corporate office with fancy rugs, just a working press in Kundli. The floors are concrete and there's always someone moving a pallet jack around. We deal with publishers and all sorts of clients who need their files turned into physical books. It's satisfying to see the finished product come off the line, even if it's hard work. We mostly just focus on getting the pages right and making sure the binding holds up like it should. There’s always a bit of dust from the paper, but that's just how it is in this business. We drink a lot of tea during breaks and talk about the news or what's for lunch. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here at Replika Press. We keep at it, one job at a time.
