Regal Plastic Pvt. Ltd.

Regal Plastic Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Plot No. 5 in Sector-4. It is a standard industrial area, nothing too flashy to look at from the street. We have got the factory floor on one side and a small office space tucked into the corner. Most days you can hear the machines running from the moment you park the car. It is a lot of repetitive work, but someone has to do it. The floors are concrete and usually have bits of scrap here and there. We do not have a big HR department or a PR team. It is just the owners and the workers who have been here for years. Sector-4 is full of places like ours, all making different things. We know most of the guys at the gate of the next plot. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting under the shade of the few trees we have out front. We are not interested in being the biggest name out there; we just want to keep the production line moving. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the night fixing them. That is just part of the job in this industry. It gets dusty, and it gets loud, but it is our daily life. We keep our heads down and focus on the orders we have. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much fuss.
