Our factory is located on Plot No. 146-148 in the G.I.D.C. area of Vitthal, over in the Anand district. We’ve been at Pioneer Furnaces for a long time, and if you know this part of Gujarat, you know it’s a big industrial zone. We build industrial furnaces. It’s hot, heavy work involving a lot of refractory bricks, steel shells, and heating elements. Our workshop is quite large because the furnaces we make aren't small. You’ll always hear the sound of welding or the crane moving something heavy across the floor. We aren't really office people; most of us are more comfortable out on the shop floor checking on a build. We’ve been doing this for years, so we’ve seen all kinds of requirements from different industries. We don't have a big marketing department or a polished sales pitch. We just show people what we’ve built and let the machines speak for themselves. The GIDC at Vitthal Udyognagar is a good place to be because we have all our vendors nearby. It's a hardworking environment. We start early and usually finish late when we have a big furnace to ship out. It’s a tough business, but we enjoy the process of seeing a pile of raw materials turn into a working furnace. That's just our daily routine and we are used to it.
