Goverdhan Pulse Mill

We are located out in Vasad, specifically on Collage Road. Our mill is situated right behind the S.T. Depot, which makes it pretty easy for the transport trucks to find us. We are also quite close to National Highway No-8. Working at a pulse mill means there is always a bit of dust in the air and the sound of machines grinding away. We have been processing different types of dal and grains here for many years. It is a straightforward business without any bells or whistles. The building itself is quite old and has a lot of character, even if it looks a bit worn down from the outside. We spend our days checking the quality of the pulses and making sure the machines are running like they should. It is hard work and it can get quite hot in the summer months. Most of the people working here are from the local area. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our business comes from long-standing relationships with farmers and traders. We take our breaks together and talk about the daily news or the crop prices. It is a simple routine that we have followed for a long time. We just focus on producing the pulses and getting them loaded onto the trucks. It is just a regular mill doing its job on the edge of the highway.
