Miki Food Products

Miki Food Products is located at 59 in the G.I.D.C area of Kansari. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and workshops. It’s a busy place with a lot of trucks moving in and out at all hours. We focus on food production, so our unit has to stay pretty clean compared to some of the neighbors who deal with chemicals or scrap. We have a set routine every morning to get the machines warmed up and the staff ready. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously because it’s food we’re talking about. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a lot of logbooks. We don't have much time for fancy meetings. Usually, we are out on the floor making sure the packaging is right or checking the latest batch. Kansari is a good spot for us because the transport links are decent. We’ve been here for several years now, and the team is like a small family. We eat lunch together and complain about the heat in the summer when the machines are running full blast. We don't really have a sales team that goes out. Most people just know our products from the local shops or they come directly to the G.I.D.C to pick up orders. It’s hard work, but it keeps us going and pays the bills.
