Down on Approach Road in Vasad, you’ll find Laxmi Protein Products Pvt. Ltd. We’re in the Anand district and have been using P.O. Box-25 for our mail for a long time. The location is right where the main movement happens in this area. It’s an industrial setup, so don’t expect anything too pretty. We have our processing units and the storage areas all in one place. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We don’t have a lot of corporate meetings or anything. We mostly just talk about the day’s schedule and get on with the production. The road outside can get quite dusty with all the trucks passing through. It’s a busy place but we have a rhythm to how we do things. We’ve been part of the landscape here for years. We don’t put out big brochures or have a fancy reception. If someone needs us, they usually just come to the gate or give us a call. We handle protein products, so there’s a lot of specialized equipment involved. It takes a lot of maintenance to keep everything running right. We just take it one day at a time. It’s a practical way to run things and it has worked for us so far. We just stay focused on the tasks in front of us without making any fuss.
