Bp Oil New Zealand

This is the office for Bp Oil New Zealand but we are actually located in Gujarat, India. It sounds a bit confusing to some people, but that is just how the paperwork is set up. We handle a lot of the logistics and backend stuff from here. The office isn't very large and it is tucked away in a regular commercial building. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of files. Most of the day is spent checking numbers and talking to people on the phone. We don't really have a storefront for people to walk into off the street. It’s more of a place where we get the work done without much fuss. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that's usually the highlight of our afternoon. We deal with energy and fuel details, which can be a bit dry, but someone has to do it. We are just a group of local employees working for a bigger name. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for the Gujarat heat. It’s a steady job and we have been in this location for a while now. We don't have any big signs out front. If you are looking for us, you usually have to know which floor to go to in the building. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks finished before heading home.
