You can find us at 401 in the Majita GIDC area, not far from Bomniar Circle here in Tavli. Being in an industrial zone means it's always noisy around here. There’s always the sound of machinery or trucks moving past the gates. Cereal Food Mfg Company is a straightforward operation. We handle the grains and the processing right here on the floor. It’s dusty work, and we spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment to keep things running right. The building is a standard industrial shed, nothing pretty to look at, but it’s sturdy. We start early, usually before the sun is fully up, to beat the worst of the heat. The air gets heavy in the afternoons. We don't have a lot of fancy automation; a lot of the work is still done by hand or with older machines that we know how to fix ourselves. If something breaks, we grab the tools and get to it. There’s no big management team, just the folks who show up and do the labor. We eat our lunch together in the small break area. It’s a practical life. We focus on the bags of cereal going out the door and making sure the counts are right. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The circle nearby is always jammed with traffic, which makes getting deliveries out a bit of a challenge sometimes. We just make sure the loading is done well.
