Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr Secondary Public School Seconday

We’ve been here on Batala Road in Amritsar for a long while now. Being right in Basant Avenue, we see a lot of the same faces every morning when the gates open at Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr Secondary Public School Seconday. It’s a busy spot, especially when parents are dropping off their kids before heading to work. The school building has seen many seasons, and we try our best to keep everything running smoothly for the students. It isn't always perfect, sometimes the hallways are loud and the bells ring a bit too early for some, but that’s just how school life goes. Our staff lives around here too, so we know the local area well. We don't have fancy office talk here. Most of the time, we’re just busy checking notebooks or making sure the playground is tidy enough for the afternoon break. People know us as a fixture of the neighborhood. The kids grow up fast, and before you know it, they are finishing their senior secondary years and moving on to other things. It’s a lot of work keeping a place like this going, but we just take it one day at a time. Basant Avenue is a good place to be, and being part of the Amritsar community means a lot to everyone working inside these walls. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting the kids through their lessons without too much fuss.
