Our office is on Queens Road. It’s a well-known street, so people usually don't have much trouble finding us. We are Seth Sales (P) Ltd., and we’ve been here for quite a while now. We do a lot of trading and distribution work. The office is usually full of boxes and paperwork. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phones talking to customers and trying to track down orders. It’s the kind of work that never really stops; there is always someone needing something delivered or a price quote for a new batch of goods. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just focus on showing up, doing the work, and being straight with people. Queens Road can get pretty busy with traffic, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning before it gets too blocked up. Our team is small, just a few of us who have worked together for years. We handle all the billing, the shipping, and any issues ourselves. It’s a local business through and through. We aren't trying to be something we aren't; we just want to keep the sales moving and the customers sorted out without any unnecessary drama. Dealing with different suppliers can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it’s part of the trade. We make sure the ledger is balanced.
