We are located at 26, The Mall. It’s a well-known address, but we aren't a retail shop or anything like that. We spend our days inside the office handling the international side of things. It sounds like we’d be traveling all the time, but mostly it’s just a lot of emails and phone calls at odd hours because of the time differences. The office is comfortable enough, though it gets a bit cluttered with samples and folders everywhere. We’ve been at this for a while now. The team is small, and we all know each other’s habits, like who makes the best tea or who always forgets to lock the drawer. Being on The Mall is convenient for errands, but we mostly stay focused on the work inside. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just try to make sure the international shipments go through without too many hiccups. It can be stressful when things get stuck at customs, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a big corporation with a hundred layers of bosses. It’s just us, trying to stay organized and keep our heads above water with all the paperwork. It’s a steady job and we like the location. That’s pretty much the long and short of it for us. We're just glad to have a desk and some good coffee.
