Crown Exim Pvt. Ltd. is situated out on Majitha Road, right in the Nag Kalan area. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but we like the space we have out here. Being in a village-post-office location means things are a bit slower and more personal than in the big industrial zones. We have a decent-sized setup where we handle our export and import work. It’s a lot of loading and unloading, checking crates, and making sure the numbers match up on the sheets. We don’t have a fancy office with glass walls. Our office is just a room with some desks and a lot of files piled up. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait to send our emails. It’s just the way it is. The staff are mostly local people who have been with us for a long time. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the village. It’s a lot of work, especially when a big shipment is due, but we get it done. Majitha Road can be busy with tractors and trucks, so there’s always some noise. We just focus on the job at hand and don't worry about being the most modern company out there. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather while we wait for the trucks to arrive. It's a simple, steady routine that keeps the lights on and everyone paid.
