The Okhla Industrial Area is a loud place, and our spot at 111-12 in Phase 1 is right in the thick of it. It’s been our base for years now. The workshop floor is usually covered in metal shavings and there’s always the smell of machine oil in the air. We spend most of our mornings checking the machines and making sure the parts we’re making are actually what the customer asked for. It isn’t glamorous work. You get your hands dirty every single day. We’ve got a few old lathes that have been with us since the start, and they still run better than some of the newer gear we’ve picked up lately. The guys here have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. We just show up, do the machining, and pack the boxes. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which lets us take a break and sit outside for a bit. It’s a noisy, busy part of town, and finding a place to park near the DSIDC sheds is always a nightmare. But we like it here. It’s where the real making happens. We aren't interested in being a big fancy firm with a lobby. We just want to make parts that fit right and last a long time. That is really the long and short of it for us.
