Guru Amar Dass Engineering Industries

We run Guru Amar Dass Engineering Industries out in Goindwal Sahib, specifically in the Guru Arjan Dev Colony area. It’s a place where there is a lot of building and making things going on. Our workshop is full of heavy machinery, tools, and metal scraps. It’s not the quietest environment, as there is usually some welding or cutting happening throughout the day. We’ve been operating in Goindwal Sahib for a good number of years. The team here is mostly local men who know their way around an engine or a lathe. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs; mostly, we have a small desk covered in blueprints and grease-stained papers. The floors are concrete and have seen a lot of work over time. It’s an engineering shop, so things are practical and a bit rough around the edges. We make parts and do repairs for various industrial clients. Some days are slow, while others have us staying late to finish a project that’s behind schedule. The colony where we are located is a decent place, fairly busy with other small industries and workshops nearby. We don't do much in the way of advertising, as most of our work comes from people knowing what we do and where to find us. It’s honest work, getting your hands dirty and making sure the machines we build or fix are actually going to hold up. That’s what we do every single day here.
