You can find our office at 1Rajinder Nagar. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite a while now. It’s a small firm, just a few of us working together to get plans drawn up and buildings started. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most people find us because they saw one of our projects nearby or a friend told them about us. We handle the architectural side of things, which means a lot of time spent with rulers and software. It’s a lot of sitting, but it’s also a lot of talking. We have to talk to the city, the contractors, and the people who are going to live in the buildings. 1Rajinder Nagar is where all those conversations happen. Sometimes it gets a bit heated when someone wants something that just isn't safe or legal, but we manage. We try to be honest about what things cost and how long they take. Construction is almost never as fast as people hope it will be. We’ve learned to be patient over the years. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and chairs and too many files. But it's where we do our best work. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in town. We just want to do right by the people who hire us and make sure the buildings stay standing for a long time. It’s a simple goal but it keeps us busy. We like the work we do.
