You can find us in Bachna Gali, just off the Ram Nagar Main Road. We are at the place care of Sita Ram Rajiriya. Our company is called Dauji Maharaj Mahila Kisan Producer Company Limited. It focuses on the women farmers in our area. Ram Nagar is usually quite busy, but Bachna Gali is a bit tucked away. We like it because it is easy for the local women to reach us without having to go too far. Sita Ram Rajiriya has been very helpful in giving us a space to work. The name Dauji Maharaj Mahila Kisan Producer Company Limited is a bit long, but it says who we are. We spend our time organizing things for the kisan mahila, or women farmers. It is a lot of coordination and simple record-keeping. We don't have any glossy brochures or sales pitches. We just sit down in the office and talk about the seeds, the harvests, and the prices. Sometimes the tea runs out, but the work keeps going. The Ram Nagar Main Road is always noisy with traffic, but inside Bachna Gali, it feels a lot more like a community. We are just a group of people trying to support the local farmers. Dauji Maharaj Mahila Kisan Producer Company Limited is our official name, but to most people, we are just the neighbors in the lane near the main road.
