You can find us near Gyan Sarovar Colony on Ramghat Road. Specifically, we are at number 28 in Saraswati Vihar here in Aligarh. Cuberootz Fresh Private Limited is what we call the business. We deal with fresh goods, which means our schedule is pretty much dictated by the sunrise and sunset. We have to get things moving early. The office is just a simple place where we keep our records and meet with people. It’s a local neighborhood, so we see the same faces every day. We aren't some big city firm with a glass building. We’re just a group of people working with fresh supplies. Sometimes the power goes out, or the road is blocked for a festival, and we just have to adapt. That’s life in Aligarh. We focus on the daily grind of checking quality and making sure deliveries are on time. It’s not glamorous work. There is a lot of lifting and counting and checking lists. We have some tea, talk about the weather, and get back to it. Most of us live right here in town. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just handle the fresh items as best as we can. It’s a small, honest operation that keeps us busy all year round. We try to stay organized, but with fresh produce, things can get chaotic pretty fast. We just take it one day at a time and do what is needed to finish the job.
