We operate out of Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh, right in the 202132 pin code area. Shanthari Exports Pvt Ltd has been running from this district for some time now. It’s a bit away from the main city noise, which is nice for getting work done. The area is known for its industrial feel, and we fit right into that. We don't have a fancy glass building or anything. It's a practical space where we manage our exports. The weather can get quite hot in the summers here, so we keep the fans going all day. Most of our workers are local people from around the district. We know most of the neighbors and the other business owners nearby. It feels like a small community even though it's an export business. We spend a lot of time checking crates and making sure the paperwork is correct for shipments. It’s a lot of manual checking and double-checking. We don’t use any high-tech systems for everything, just good old-fashioned lists and folders. Sometimes the power goes out, but we've got a backup to keep things moving. It's a lot of hard work but we are used to the rhythm of the place by now. We usually wrap things up by early evening and head home.
