Dadaun Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are based out of Rasem Kanth in Jalalabad, which is part of Shahjahanpur. The company is run from Ramendra Awasthi’s place, he’s the son of Sri Bachhu Lal. It’s a group of farmers who decided to work together to get better results. Shahjahanpur has a lot of history with agriculture, and we are just trying to find our place in it. It’s not always easy because the markets change so fast. We spend a lot of time discussing what to plant and how to handle the harvest. It’s a very local thing, mostly just people from around the village and the nearby areas. We don’t have a fancy website or a big staff. It is mostly just us sitting around a table or out in the fields making decisions. Sometimes we get it right, sometimes we don't, but we keep trying. The office at Rasem Kanth is where we keep all the records and meet with the other members. It gets busy during the peak seasons, and everyone is usually tired, but that is part of the job. We aren't looking to become some huge company, just want to keep things running smoothly for the farmers who are part of this. It’s basic work, nothing too flashy. We just handle the day-to-day stuff as it comes. There is always something to fix or a shipment to track down. That is just how it is for us, and we are fine with that.
