You can find Sharma Machinery Store over on Masuda Road, right near the Patwar Bhawan in Gandhi Nagar, Madanganj. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. We keep a lot of different machines and parts in stock. It’s mostly heavy stuff, so the shop floor is usually a bit greasy and crowded. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a practical place where people come when they need a pump or a motor or some spare parts for their equipment. Being on Masuda Road means there is a lot of traffic passing by, which keeps us busy. We spend our time checking engines or looking through catalogs to find the right part for someone. It’s not a quiet job. There is usually the sound of someone testing a machine or metal hitting metal. We are just regular people working here. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just open the shop in the morning and see what needs fixing or selling. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a delivery to arrive from the city. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the crates and boxes lying around, but we manage. If you need something mechanical, you just stop by and ask. We don’t do much talk, just focus on the machines. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied throughout the year, even when things get a bit hectic.
