Amit Hardware Shop

If you walk down Madar Gate Road, you will find Amit Hardware Shop right there by the gate. It is one of those places where the smell of metal and oil is the first thing you notice when you step inside. We have shelves packed with everything from tiny screws and rusted-looking washers to heavy-duty tools that people need for their home repairs or bigger construction jobs. The shop is a bit cramped because we try to fit as much as we can into the space we have. There is usually a bit of dust on the higher shelves, but we know exactly where every single item is kept. Madar Gate is a lively spot, and we get all sorts of people coming in asking for advice on how to fix a leaky pipe or what kind of nail works best for a wooden frame. We don't use any fancy computer systems for our stock; it is all mostly in our heads or jotted down in old notebooks. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard, but that is part of the charm of working in such a central location. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in town, just a reliable place where you can get a hammer or a bag of cement and have a quick chat while we wrap it up for you.
