Murcury Diamond Tools

We've been here in Kishangarh Madanganj for a while now, focusing on diamond tools. Most people around here know us because we’re right in the thick of the industrial area. It’s a busy spot. We handle the daily tasks of getting tools ready for the local workshops. It isn't fancy work, but it needs to get done. The shop stays open pretty much all day, and there's usually someone around if you need to ask about a specific bit or blade. We started out small and stayed that way mostly because we like knowing our neighbors. You won’t find any big reception area here, just the workbench and the tools. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some cleaning done. We try to keep the stock organized, but things move fast. Living and working in Madanganj means we see the same faces every week. It’s a decent place to do business. We just focus on the cutting tools and making sure they work like they're supposed to. If a customer has a question about a marble cutter or a blade, we just tell them what we know from using them ourselves. It’s better that way than reading from a catalog. We don't have a big marketing team, just us here at the shop trying to keep things moving. It’s just how we operate. It is a living.
