We are based over on Paryararam Marg here in Kishangarh. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, we’re just a regular bunch of people working with tools every day. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle our inventory and talk to customers. Madanganj is a busy hub for this kind of stuff, so there is always something going on. We mostly deal with industrial tools that local shops and factories need to keep their lines moving. It gets pretty hectic during the middle of the week. We try to stay on top of the paperwork, but sometimes the shop floor takes priority. It’s just the way it goes when you’re dealing with physical goods. Most of our regulars just drop by because they know where we are. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing fancy advertising. Word of mouth seems to work well enough in this neighborhood. If someone needs a specific tool, we look through the racks and see if we have it in stock. Sometimes we have to order things in, which takes a few days. We don't like to overcomplicate things. It’s about getting the right tool into the right hands so they can get back to their own work. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do here on the Marg. Nothing more to it.
