We operate out of Plot No. 573 in the Ricco Industrial Area in Bijaynagar. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of activity around us. Satya Steel is mostly about getting steel products ready and out the door. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the measurements are right. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The workspace is practical and built for the kind of work we do. We don't have a lobby or anything like that because we spend most of our time on the floor. People who need steel for construction or manufacturing usually find their way to us. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. If you ask us a question, we’ll give you a straight answer. The industrial area can be a bit dusty and loud, but that’s where the work is. We have a small crew and we all know our roles. We don’t bother with big ads; we just rely on people knowing where we are and what we can do. Sometimes the trucks coming in and out make things a bit crowded, but we make it work.
