Agarwal Manufacturing Company

We have been here in Nagina Bagh Makhupura for a good while now. The workshop stays pretty busy from morning till evening with the sound of the machines running. It is mostly just us getting the work done every day, making sure the orders are ready on time. We don't really do much fancy stuff, just focused on the manufacturing side of things. Agarwal Manufacturing Company isn't a huge place, but it is where we spend most of our time. Sometimes the yard gets a bit cluttered with materials, but that is just how it goes when you're busy making things. Most people around here know where we are. We just open up the shutters, check what needs doing, and get to it. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always something to fix or a part to finish. It gets quite hot in the summer under the roof, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big office or anything like that. Usually, you will find someone on the floor or out back handling the supplies. It is straightforward work. We don't use a lot of big words or have meetings. We just look at the drawings and start the machines. It has been a steady road for us here. The neighborhood has changed some, but we are still in the same spot doing the same stuff we always did. It’s a practical setup, nothing more than what we need. We take our breaks together and sit in the shade before going back to work.
