Marooti Bellows West

We are tucked away at 2/446 Shivanagar, right on Foy Sangar Road. It’s a bit of an industrial area, which makes sense because we make bellows. If you don't know what those are, they’re basically flexible covers that protect moving parts in machinery. They keep the dust and grit out so things don't break down. We’ve been at this for a good bit now. The workshop isn't huge but we have the machines we need to cut and fold the materials. It gets noisy when everything is running. Sometimes a customer comes in with a weird-shaped part and we have to figure out how to make a cover that fits it perfectly without sticking. It’s a lot of measuring and double-checking. We use different materials depending on where the bellows are going, like if there’s going to be oil or high heat. It’s not the kind of thing people notice until the part fails and they need a replacement fast. We do a lot of custom stuff because every machine seems to be slightly different. My hands are usually a bit dirty from the shop floor, but that’s just how it is. We aren't a big corporation, just a local spot making parts that keep other businesses moving. It’s steady work and we take it one order at a time. The road can be dusty, but it's a good place to work for us.
