Bansiwala Rolling Mills

Adarsh Nagar is where we set up, and the machines have been running here for quite some time. A rolling mill is a loud place to spend your day, to be honest. There is always that hum of the equipment and the smell of hot metal in the air. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. Most of the time, I'm just out there on the floor making sure the rollers are working like they should. We take the raw material and flatten it or shape it, depending on what's needed that week. It's hot work, especially in the summer months when the building traps all that heat. We have a small crew, mostly local men who live nearby. We don't spend money on fancy signs or anything like that. People who need what we make usually know where to find us. Sometimes the power goes out and we all just sit around and wait for it to come back so we can finish the batch. It’s not a perfect setup, but it works for us. We try to keep things organized, but in a mill, there’s always a bit of scrap lying around or some grease on the floor. It’s just the nature of the business. We’ve stayed in Adarsh Nagar because it’s familiar and it’s where we started. Every day is pretty much the same, just keeping the rollers moving and the metal coming through.
