Rachna Industries

Our place is over at Plot No. 55 in the Riico Industrial Area. It is right near Adarsh Nagar, which makes it easy for the workers to get here. Rachna Industries has been operating out of this shed for a few years now. The machines make a lot of noise, but you get used to it after the first hour. We deal with a lot of different things throughout the day. It is mostly just making sure the production line does not jam up. The floor gets greasy, and we spend a lot of time cleaning up after a shift. It is not the cleanest job, but it pays the bills. We have a small crew, mostly local guys who have been with us since we started. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area, and we all just sit outside and wait for it to come back on. Those are the times we actually get to talk about things other than work. We do not have a website or fancy brochures. If someone needs something, they usually just call or walk in through the big gate. We try to keep things honest here. If a part is not right, we fix it. There is no point in rushing if the quality is not there. It is just a regular factory doing regular work. We are usually here from eight until six, sometimes later if a big order comes in. It is just us working hard.
