We've been working out of Bahuli in Sillod for a while now. Krushiprayaag Agro Shetkari Producer Company Limited is just a group of us from the local area coming together. Most days you'll find us over at Ushabai Raghunath Gadekar’s place, which serves as our main spot. It’s not a big fancy office or anything like that, just a practical space where we handle our business. People around Sillod know us as neighbors. We deal with farming stuff because that's what we know best. The weather hasn't always been kind lately, but we keep going. Running a producer company means a lot of paperwork and meeting up to talk about the crops. Sometimes the roads out here get dusty, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We’re just local folks trying to make things work in our own town. If you're passing through Bahuli, you'll see where we set things up. It’s quiet mostly, except when we have our group meetings. We started this because it seemed like the right thing to do for the farmers here. There’s always work to be done in the fields and plenty of things to keep us busy from morning until late at night. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just write down what we’re doing and try to stay organized. That’s pretty much the whole story of Krushiprayaag Agro. We’re just here in Sillod, doing what we do every day.
