Agro Excellence Llp is located at Abhijeet Niwas in Maloji Nagar. We are based in Kolki, care of Shri Arvind Ramchandra Shinde. This is a local business, through and through. We do not have a big glass tower to work out of in some city center. Instead, we operate from this residence in a normal neighborhood. It keeps us close to the community and the actual farming work we are involved with every day. Working in Kolki is good because people know who we are. We spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons dealing with whatever small problems pop up. It is not always an easy job, especially when the seasons change and the workload gets much heavier. We do not use any complicated talk or corporate language here. We just talk like regular people because that is who we are. The house in Maloji Nagar is where all the planning and work happens. Sometimes we sit out and talk to the neighbors while we are getting things done. It is a very grounded way to run a company. We handle the agro side of things with a focus on just getting the job done without making a big fuss. There is no need for anything fancy.
