Agroveer Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our group, Agroveer Farmers Producer Company Limited, is set up in Kharwandi, which is in the Pathardi Kasar area. Specifically, we are at number 561. It’s a local operation through and through. Pathardi can be a tough place for farming when the rains don't show up, so we thought it made sense to group up. We call ourselves Agroveer because it takes some courage to keep farming these days with all the costs going up. We aren't some big city firm with shiny desks. Our space is functional and mostly filled with talk about seeds, weather, and the local market. Some days are long and we stay late just trying to get the accounts right or planning for the next harvest. It's not always smooth sailing. We have arguments about how to do things, and sometimes the paperwork gets confusing, but we're all neighbors at the end of the day. We know the land in Kharwandi well. Most of us have been here our whole lives. We started this to help our own community of farmers get a bit more control over what happens to their crops. It’s simple, honest work. We don't use big words or make huge promises we can't keep. We just show up every day, do the work at 561, and try to make things a little better for everyone involved in the group. It is about staying local and helping each other out.
