Agrotap Producer Company Limited is run from Sanjay Yedle’s house, Sonai Niwas, in the village of Jagalpur. We’re tucked away in the Renapur area, and most people around here know where we are. It’s a small-scale operation, focusing on the agriculture we do in the surrounding fields. We decided to form this company because the market prices were always changing and it was hard to keep up on our own. Being based at Sanjay’s place means we are always close to the action. It’s a quiet life in Post Ganjur, and we like it that way. We spend our time talking about the weather and how the soil is looking. There aren't any big bosses here, just us neighbors trying to stay afloat. We handle all the selling and buying ourselves, which is a lot of work for a small group. Sometimes the internet is slow and we can't get our filings done, but we manage somehow. The goal isn't to get rich quick, but to make sure our farming families have a steady way to sell what they grow. Renapur has its own rhythm, and we try to work with it. We don’t use any polished language because we’re just regular people working the land. It’s about the crops and the community here in Jagalpur, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day, hoping the next harvest is a good one for all of us.
