We are located in Ranjangaon, which falls under the Parner taluka in the Ahmednagar district. Our place is at Sampatrao Gadhave’s house. It’s a typical village setting where everyone knows everyone else. We started this agro producer company because the individual farmers in Parner were having a tough time. It’s a lot of work to manage the soil and then worry about where to sell it. By coming together here in Ranjangaon, we share the burden. The office is just a simple space with a few chairs and some files. We don’t have any fancy technology, just the basics to keep things moving. You’ll usually find someone there drinking tea and looking over the ledgers. We talk about the crops, the pests, and the water levels in the district. It’s very practical stuff. We aren't trying to be a corporate giant. We just want to make sure the work we do in the fields actually brings some money home. The local climate here in Ahmednagar can be unpredictable, so we try to plan as best as we can. People drop by at all hours to talk shop. It’s a very informal way of working, but it’s honest. We focus on the grains and vegetables that are common in this part of the state. It’s just us, the local growers, trying to stay organized in the village and keep things moving.
