Agadgaon is where we are based, specifically at Gat. No. 213. Agadgaon Kalbhairavnath Farmers Producer Company Limited is basically a group of people from the village and nearby areas in Ahmednagar. We set this up to handle our farming business better. The office is right here in the heart of the district, which is convenient for everyone involved. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily tasks that come with running a producer company. It isn't always easy, and there’s always something to fix or a meeting to sit through. We talk about the rain, the soil, and what we’re going to plant next. Since we are in Maharashtra, the weather dictates a lot of what we do. People around here know us as just regular neighbors. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or things like that written on the walls. It’s more about making sure the work gets done so we can keep going. If you come by Ahmednagar, you’ll find us working away on whatever needs doing in the Tal- Nagar area. Sometimes it feels like there are too many forms to fill out, but that’s just part of the business side of things. We just stay focused on the ground and the crops. It's a simple setup we have here, nothing too complicated. Everyone puts in their part to make it work out for the whole group.
