Aausaheb Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are over here in Deulgaon Raja, working out of a small space at Lilawati Sarjerao Kharat’s place. It is not some big fancy office or anything like that. Just a group of us from the local farms trying to get things organized. Most days start pretty early because that is just how it goes when you deal with crops and land. Some people around here have known each other for years. We spend a lot of time talking about the weather or why the last harvest didn't go quite right. The address says Deulgaon Raja, and that is where you will find us most afternoons if the sun isn't too hot. We don't really have a big staff, just people who know how to work the soil. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we manage. There is a lot of back and forth between the fields and the town center. It is quiet for the most part, except when we are loading stuff up. We try to keep things simple. Lilawati’s house is easy enough to find if you know the area well. We are just farmers who decided it was better to work as one group instead of everyone doing their own thing all the time. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything moving. We don't have some big corporate plan. We just show up, do the work, and hope for a decent season. That is really the whole story of how we spend our time here together.
