Zydus Hospital & Health Care Research Pvt Ltd

Our place is on Zydus Hospital Road in Sola, right here in Ahmedabad. It’s a bit of a hub for us. We have both the hospital side and the research side going on at the same time. It makes for some long days and plenty of activity in the hallways. We don’t really go in for those polished corporate descriptions because that's not how it feels when you're actually working here. It’s a lot of walking, checking on patients, and looking at data in the labs. Sola has changed a lot since we first set up, with more buildings and traffic, but we’re still here on the same road. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the morning shift change can be a little chaotic when everyone is arriving at once. It’s just how a hospital environment is. We have people from all over Ahmedabad coming in, and we just try to do right by them. It’s a practical kind of job. We aren't looking for awards; we just want to make sure the equipment is working and the patients are comfortable. The research part is important too, even if it’s mostly just people in white coats looking at screens for hours. We’ve been part of this Ahmedabad community for a good while, and we just keep on going, day after day, through the heat and the rain. We've got a lot of coffee in the breakroom to help.
