Apollo Hospital International Ltd

We are based at 9 Veljibhais Baunglow in Sabarmati, Ahmedabad. The location is a bit specific because we are right behind the ONGC building and near the Janpath Hotel. It’s an interesting spot because Sabarmati has a lot of history and a mix of old and new buildings. The name Apollo Hospital International Ltd sounds very formal, but our daily reality in this bungalow is quite grounded. It’s a residential-style building with a bit of a garden in front that we try to keep tidy. The area is relatively quiet compared to the main roads of Ahmedabad, though you still get the occasional noise from the hotel nearby. Inside the bungalow, the rooms are high-ceilinged and keep fairly cool even when the sun is out. We use the old bedrooms as offices. There is a lot of wood furniture and some old filing cabinets that have been there forever. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, if someone comes by, they just find us at our desks. It’s a functional space where we handle all the administrative things. The walk to the main road takes a few minutes, so it feels a bit private. We like that it doesn't feel like a sterile hospital environment here. It’s just a house where we do our jobs every day, surrounded by the ordinary sounds of the Sabarmati neighborhood. This is where the work for Apollo Hospital International Ltd gets done, right here in the quiet corner of Veljibhais Baunglow.
